DSTC / DATC Course Application Form

 

You may apply online for the organization of a DSTC/DATC Course. Please complete the below form and send it off. The submission of the following documents is necessary for the application:

 

  1. Animal Ethics Certificate (in English or translated by an independent entity)
  2. Course Time Table
  3. List of Faculty (incl. DATC Faculty if applicable)

 

The full Application and Documents must be received 90 days prior to the Course dates.
